Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds:

•  Crickiies offers a 30-day refund policy for merchandise purchased through our e-commerce website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. Please note that the item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
•  Refunds for merchandise will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.
•  Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for fantasy game entries or virtual game currency, as these are non-refundable items.

2. Cancellations:

•  If you wish to cancel your order for merchandise, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled if they have not been shipped out yet.
•  Cancellations for fantasy game entries must be made before the game has started. Once the game has begun, entries cannot be canceled or refunded.
•  Crickiies reserves the right to cancel any orders or entries that violate our terms and conditions.
